In partnership with Impact Mobile, Atria is publishing its first ‘smart’ book in that it will be equipped with a smart chip. Tapping the NFC-enabled tag with an NFC-enabled smartphone will bring up a website with additional materials on the book.
Impact Mobile set up the industry-first NFC book, which also has a QR code as another activation mechanism.
The debut smart book is authored by Gary Schwartz, CEO and President of Impact Mobile, and is aptly titled “The Impulse Economy: Understanding Mobile Shoppers and What Makes Them Buy”.
