JumpTXT™ ContentImpact Mobile´s JumpTXT Content Platform provides a whitelabel mobile content storefront. With content ranging from mobile graphics, games, and ringtones, to music merchandise, clients are offered a full suite of content to enhance an existing mobile content strategy, or to create a music strategy targeted at mobile consumers.
Content offered through storefronts launched with Impact Mobile is compatible with all mainstream mobile devices, including those from manufacturers including Audiovox, LG, Sharp, Samsung, Sanyo, Sony Ericsson, Siemens, Motorola, Panasonic, and Nokia. The content is tested on all devices launched by North American carriers, in most cases before the devices are available for sale to the consumer. Content is available for OTA (over the air) delivery to subscribers on national carriers. In the US Impact delivers to AT&T Wireless, Cingular, Sprint PCS, Nextel, and T-Mobile, as well as for subscribers on many regional carriers. Verizon does not currently allow access to third-party content providers.) Together with its content partners, Impact Mobile offer the largest selection of contemporary tones with the highest reproduction standards in the industry. Our content is used by music giants. In countries that allow PSMS billing Impact Mobile storefront can be easily transferred to a CD insert, print, broadcast property or even live venue. A single or top ten music selection can be listed on the various medias.
Storefront Features Digital RightsPre-negotiated mechanical royalty rights and commercial agreements are in place for ringtones and other mobile-related content, including but not limited to, mobile graphics (other than artist/band images), EMS/MMS and video-based content, merchandise, and concert tickets. Our content digital rights management (DRM) is managed by sending it with a forward lock, which disallows the content to be resent from the device. Real Time ReportingImpact Mobile provides clients with various administrative tools and management reports to allow the client to have access to all data (e.g. sales) pertaining to the client´s website(s) that are maintained through Impact Mobile. Impact Mobile also can provide mobile content to kiosks as well as through the web, and a similar toolkit is available to kiosk clients. Delivery of Chargeable UnitsImpact Mobile uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that the delivery system is operational and that its performance in the delivery of mobile entertainment content will equal or exceed 250,000 SMS text messages per 24 hour period. Content LibraryImpact Mobile offers a comprehensive library of over 10,000 ringtones in multiple genres and images to choose from. Clients can choose as little or as much content as they feel best suits their business needs. Content UpdatesImpact Mobile offers at least 25 new unique pieces of content on a weekly basis. All content uploads will appear in the toolkit and may appear on the client´s website as ´Latest Content´. Mobile Device UpdatesImpact Mobile provides monthly updates of new mobile devices as they are introduced into the market. When new mobile devices are released, Impact Mobile will ensure devices are tested for compatibility with Impact Mobile´s content. Those devices that are supportable will be made available to the client´s website(s). Royalty ManagementImpact Mobile has executed agreements for Ringtone Performance Rights with SOCAN, ASCAP, BMI and SESAC, and for Ringtone Mechanical Rights with CMRRA, Sony/ATV, Warner/Chappell, BMG, Zomba, EMI, Universal, and Peer, along with several more music publishing companies. Impact Mobile provides each of these agencies and music partners quarterly reports and payments in regard to total content downloads from the client´s website(s). This process it transparent to the client. Account ManagementImpact Mobile provides support during normal business hours for all client inquiries, site change requests, technology assistance, etc. Customer ServiceImpact will provide customer service via email and toll-free phone service for any related end-consumer facing mobile content queries. Phone contact will be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. EST to 6:00 P.M. EST. All requests will be acknowledged and responded to within 2 hours of initial message receipt. Publishing New ContentImpact will provide mobile device tunes, ringtones, and color backgrounds, with new polyphonic content updates weekly. In additional to the standard updates, we work with clients to develop and publish unique and differentiated content to the storefront.
