Mobile Opt Out

Impact Mobile helps our clients deliver text mes­sages to their consumers, sim­i­lar to a postal ser­vice.  We do not cre­ate, sell, or pro­mote content.To stop text mes­sages you no longer wish to receive, reply STOP to the unwanted text mes­sage. You will receive a response message, con­firm­ing that you have been opted-out.

Charges on Your Bill
Impact Mobile does not sell any ser­vices directly to con­sumers.  Any charges on your bill orig­i­nate from a Con­tent Provider (an Impact Mobile client). If you are having dif­fi­culty opt­ing out by reply­ing STOP, or for faster ser­vice in answer­ing your ques­tions and resolv­ing your issues, we rec­om­mend that you contact the Con­tent Provider directly. If you pre­fer Impact Mobile to assist you in con­tact­ing the cor­rect Con­tent Provider, we will be happy to help you.

For all dis­cus­sions related to charges on your bill, the Con­tent Provider must be con­tacted directly.
