Charges On Your Bill
As Impact Mobile does not sell any services directly to consumers, any charges on your bill originate from a Content Provider (an Impact Mobile client). If you have difficulty opting out by replying STOP, or for faster service in answering your questions and resolving your issues, we recommend that you contact the Content Provider directly. If you prefer Impact Mobile to assist you in contacting the correct Content Provider, we will be happy to help you.
For all discussions related to charges on your bill, the Content Provider must be contacted directly.
